CKS Projects made my dream become a reality. I'm still having to pinch myself before bed every night.. this doesn't feel real yet.
They made what can be the most stressful thing people ever do an absolute breeze. We were walked through every stage and there was no request that was an issue. Every little issue that popped up, they already had an answer (or three) for.
The attention to detail is incredible. We couldn't be happier and can't reccomend using CKS highly enough.

We engaged CKS Projects for a major renovation and second-storey addition to our Wollongong home. Having heard renovation horror stories from friends, we were cautious going in, but Keiron and his team exceeded our expectations at every stage.
Project management was exceptional. Timelines were realistic from the outset, council approvals were handled smoothly, and we received regular updates throughout the build. When design variations were needed, Keiron provided practical solutions that stayed within budget parameters.
The quality of workmanship stands out. Structural work, joinery, paintwork - every trade delivered to a high standard. Site cleanliness was maintained throughout, which made living through the renovation far more manageable than anticipated.
What impressed us most was the transparency. No surprise costs, no cutting corners, just straightforward professional service from a Wollongong builder who clearly takes pride in their work.
For anyone considering a custom build or major renovation on the South Coast, CKS Projects would be our first recommendation.

CKS projects carried out a large extension to the rear of our modern home which had a butterfly roof line. We visited properties that CKS had previously undertaken and were impressed by the designs and workmanship of the homes. The Owners reviews that we read were all very positive.
Keiron the Managing Director working with his Architect/Draftsman we’re able create a design working with the existing roof line by adding another butterfly extension to give the appearance that the extension was part of the existing structure.
An added bonus of this was the internal ceiling was raised on one end with a gentle slope making the appearance of the room a very spacious. The well thought out design, along with the workmanship carried out by Keiron’s CKS Team displayed an eye for detail on all aspects of the build. We were very happy with the finished result and would recommend CKS Projects to anyone wishing to build a new home or add an extension which is complimentary to the existing structural design

CKS Projects was chosen for our home renovation because of their reputation for excellence. Our second floor addition to the existing house included an internal stair case, vaulted ceiling, balcony and renovation of existing bathroom and bedrooms. We can honestly say that the end result exceeded our expectations. Despite the challenges of covid, supply chain issues and general shortages that all builders have had to deal with, Keiron Moore was able to complete the build in the promised time frame and worked diligently to assist us in adhering to budgeted costs. Keiron’s ability to communicate, coordinate and calmly manage the unexpected enabled us to focus on the more enjoyable aspects of the project. Best of all, the end result is a reflection of the quality of trades and materials that Keiron uses. The structural work, generous solid staircase, carefully laid flooring, bespoke windows and immaculate paint work are a testament to Keiron’s high standards. From the initial quote to follow up after the build, Keiron has displayed an exceptional level of professionalism and we would happily engage CKS Projects for future builds.

In 2016 my partner and I built our first home with Keiron from CKS projects. The professionalism and attention to detail was phenomenal. Our build was a tricky one due to the land slip. Keiron worked with an engineer and architect to create a house that would withstand the conditions of the block and street. The end result was so amazing we would have people constantly asking us who built our home. Keiron worked closely with us the whole time, and willingly discussed any variations that needed to be done with a kind and relaxed energy. His whole team of tradesman were also professional and easy to work with, and have the same attention to detail that Keiron requires with his projects. We were extremely happy with our experience working with Keiron, and will continue to highly recommend him to anybody.

Keiron at CKS Projects was wonderful. Building can be a stressful time but Keiron took all the stress out of it. He showed up on-time, when he said he was going to. He kept us informed of timelines during the building process. The tradies he used were very polite and easy to deal with. He kept the building site meticulously clean and above all he was open to our suggestions, and if they didn't work, he gave us alternatives. My wife and I would have no hestiation recommended him.

CKS Projects recently completed a major home renovation for us. The project was extensive and challenging as it included gutting the original 1970s house, demolishing most of the internal walls and reconfiguring the floor plan to suit our needs. We made changes as the job progressed and Keiron worked with us and the architect with positivity at all times. Keiron and his team were professional, great to work with and the quality of their work top shelf. Very happy with the result. I would recommend CKS without hesitation.
